Bianca Graham-Bruce is a native Charlottean dedicated to transforming how families navigate the complexities of aging, long-term care, and memory-related conditions. Focused, approachable, and deeply driven by results, Bianca’s practice is built entirely on the foundation of strong client relationships. Much of her career has centered around advocacy and empowerment, driven by a unique niche: blending advanced professional skill with genuine heart.

Bianca’s extensive expertise is built on a rigorous academic foundation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Master of Science in Geriatric Management from the University of North Florida. Since 2013, she has combined this specialized education with hands-on, evidence-based strategies to guide seniors and their families through critical care decisions and life transitions.

Recognized as a leader in her field, Bianca is a Certified Dementia Care Partner®, a Professional-level member of the Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA), and a proud member of the prestigious ALCA 2026 Emerging Leader Cohort. Inspired by her connections with pioneers in the industry, she launched Southern Crest Elder Consulting to serve as Charlotte's premier resource for family decision support.
